Scientific article on Generation Z and employment in the framework of the Educere Project.
Dr. Guillermo Bermúdez, senior researcher at the University of Malaga, partner of the EDUCERE Project, has published the scientific article entitled “Generation Z Within the Workforce and in the Workplace: A Bibliometric Analysis” in the worldwide high-impact journal FRONTIERS IN PSYCHOLOGY. The work, published in February 2022, has been developed under this Erasmus + Project (2018-2-ES02-KA205-011871) collaborating in one of its objectives such as improving employability in this case through a bibliometric study on young people belonging to Generation Z analysing them both in the workplace and from the point of view of the workforces. It shows all the publications worldwide concerning the object of the study and from different disciplines such as marketing, human resources or organisational management. The results confirm the growing interest of scientific research in this new generation and the need to know their characteristics in depth in order to achieve adequate unemployment, job satisfaction and commitment to their organisations.
