Celebration of a multiplier event Educere Project in Lyon

On 15 March 2022, ADSEA01, in partnership with the École Nationale des Solidarités de l’Encandrement et de l’Intervention Sociale (ENSEIS), organised a local event for the dissemination of the Educere Project.

After the presentation of the project and its results, the exchanges continued with two round tables on current issues of interest to both accompaniment and training professionals: changes in the public, the skills expected by the accompaniment structures, the construction and adaptation of training referents, etc.

The event included two panel discussion to discuss skills and the evolution of professions, on the one hand, and skills and training, on the other.

The first panel discussion, “Skills and the evolution of professions” brought together experts such as: Marc Vogel, head of the educational unit, EPM, Judicial Protection of Youth; Younes Tayek, director of ADSEA01 prevention services; William Carranza, trainer and founder of Global-é-Sens, training organisation and with Florian Pena, director of ES-DAI, ADSEA01 as moderator.

The second panel discussion, “Competences and training” was attended by the following experts: Fabienne Tessier, trainer, Ecole Nationale de la Protection Judiciaire de la Jeunesse, representative of the group “Approche par compétence”; Manu Poulet, ENSEIS trainer, in charge of the training of tutors; Catherine Biesse: educator and tutor, Judicial Protection of Youth and with Cédric Verbeck, trainer and researcher at ENSEIS as moderator.

The interventions of the various participants showed the need, but also the will, to further strengthen the links between the world of training and the professional world.
