One of the priorities is &#8220;<strong>the competence of professionals<\/strong>&#8221; as research indicates that &#8220;the quality of an intervention centre with young offenders is directly proportional to the quality of adult staff who are in direct and daily contact with young people, which is the key factor to achieving results in the various programs of intervention of young people that fulfil judicial measures.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, different European organisations and entities have formed a Strategic Partnership, called <strong>AE EDUCERE<\/strong>, which develops this project within the framework of the KA2 Programme of ERASMUS+. Its objectives are aligned with the priorities set out in Recommendation CM\/R(2008)11 of the Committee of Ministers to Member States on the European rules for juvenile offenders subject to sanctions
